Does this new bootloader thing means, Sony phone will now have recovery pre-installed?? Can someone explain in easy language plz!!

I read that, but could not grasp the full meaning of the story that's why I ask, but since u agree that Sony will give pre-installed recovery I don't need any further clarification!! Next phone again Sony!!

Normally the kernel, the radio, the bootloader and the recovery have all there own partition, Sony doesn't, but it's not all good news since we may lose the ability to have recovery on locked bootloaders

Means Sony would give recovery for unlocked bootloader not unlocked? So much technical 😱

Not exactly, instead of a custom recovery (e.g. XZDualRecovery) we'll get official recovery (CWM or TWRP?) on locked bootloader too (over time with new fw updates of course). A fully working recovery maybe on the FOTA partition/kernel that is used only for OTA updates for now.
