Where do I start?

@MikeWjF If you like the remained Rosie. You could always flash Swag = OFF (to return to a 100% stock look). Then flash a Rosie from the theme section. But I'll make you a flashable.zip in the near future ;) Regarding the on/off animations, I would love to add that. However, I don't know what files are associated with those. Could you find a thread laying that out? If not, I'll just dig deeper.

@tcalla The only way you wouldn't get LaunchKey is if you flashed Swag = OFF without flashing Swag = ON first. Try re-installing and following the directions laid out in the Installation page of the SOS blog (link in sig).

@rtubbs85 Swag = OFF has the stock lock screen. But I'll put a .zip together. I'ma put the stock font in there too. Comfortaa looks weird with the stock lock screen bar. Regarding the black drop down, I haven't had time to sit down and work on the ROM today. I'll get to it ASAP though.

@Beejis I def go to school at OSU, as a Huskies fan, you are no longer allowed to use my ROM :p Thanks for the heads up on the 4G, I'll throw it into the OP eventually. And the 4-in-1 reboot mod is definitely built-in.

@spotopolis Haven't seen that bug. Try clearing data for the camera app. Maybe a wipe and re-flash? IDK, that's weird.

@nickelghandi This is a Sense 1.0 ROM, these features will never be built-in (thanks for pointing that out klept0). However, if anyone could point me towards a thread that spells out how to add these to a Sense 1.0 ROM, I would LOVE to make an add-on (especially for the lock screen).

@oldpreowner Those are weird errors. Try a re-flash. And maybe do the radio update for your 3G. Good luck!

@ItsDon I just look this up. Those notification toggles would be sick! However, I have no idea how to port those. If anybody could find a link (especially for the .smali file edits involved). I think this would look great with the icons from Sense 2.1+ notification widgets. What do you guys think?

@jaquaslife I'll be sure to add a disclaimer soon ;)

@dean_fx That's the way this ROMs always been. Gives me good battery life still. IDK.

For everyone else, a good tip for battery use, grab Juice Defender (free version is fine). Swear to God, this thing almost doubled my battery life when I installed it (when I had sh_tty service though). A battery calibration is a good idea too.

I'm gonna start working on requests soon. Keep em coming guys! Let me know if you have any themes from old Sense ROMs that y'all want ported.

Themers out there, if you want to send me your Themers images compiled in a coherent way, I can add them to the .apks and send them back to you for zipping so you can release it.

Glad to see everybody is enjoying their Swagged Out EVOs :D

Not using this ROM and don't really plan to (not because it seems like a bad rom but because I use AOSP) but I just wanted to say that it is nice to see a DEV who actually replies to peoples questions w/o trying to belittle them. This is the way DEVS should treat people! +1 to Swagstr for listening to the people and being able to take constructive criticism w/o being a lil *****...keep up the good work man!

Giving this rom a test drive now and it is indeed smooth and fast. Too early to tell about reliability or battery life but I'll update as I go along. I restored the factory fonts and updated to Freedom .9 and everything is working well. :D

Any chance of getting the toggles (wifi, bluetooth, 4G etc.) on the notification pulldown? Not sure whats involved or if it is even possible, just throwin' it out there!

Widgetsoid from the market works pretty well.

@Xtazy305 Swag = ON comes with lithid-cm's Freedom kernel (no association between us, just my favorite kernel) v 0.8.5. A new version with HDMI mirroring just came out.

barnacles10's ChopSuey looks great too.

One of those should be good. Links in the Swagification Post.

@highcheef13 Me too! Lol

A lot of requests are coming in, I'm thinking about making a requests portion of the OPs where I can keep track of what requests I've done and what I haven't. The next few days are hard for me to tackle requests, but I'll do my best ;)

Also: I haven't mentioned this before (because I just realized that I did this), the Browser's Setting's menu looks weird (has a lot more options) because the about:debug options have been enabled. This is mostly pointless (like the Capture Tool someone mentioned - I have no idea what the eff that does), but it does allow you to go down to UAString under settings and switch to Desktop mode (which I need to occasionally and I feel people would like this feature).

I have a request. You have a red rosie for internet...if you could make a black or transparent one (for us neutral users).

Also, I've been meaning to make a rom like this (freaking awesome OTA rom)...sadly, I'm not that good at making roms (I always think there's more to do).

However, I'd like to play around and maybe make some theme elements. Would you be okay with that?

Also, you have some competition (the SNS rom, it's around here somewhere). Other than 4 in 1 boot, he's also got a few rosie themes. After testing it, the rosies are interchangeable between the roms (you can install his on yours and yours on his). Just thought I'd mention that.

However, for those who be dissin' on the rom for it's lack of 4 in 1 boot...ROM manager has "reboot into recover" and the stock one has power off and restart. What else do you really need?

I'll be changing my signature soon to show that I be swaggin!

Yo, are you guys effin' with me? This ROM definitely has 4-in-1 reboot mod... right?? (Check attachment that I just snapped)

Somebody requested an AOSP looking dock. It's a little tough, but I think there is a thread somewhere I can use for that.

@AbsolutZeroGI Could ya be more specific on how you want the dock to look. If you are any good at photo editing, you can just give me the images and I can do the compiling myself. Same thing goes for future themeing. Just shoot me a PM for a theme project (when/if you have one), I'll tell you what images you need to replace and I'll do the compiling. As far as SNS goes, that's a great ROM. Without ldc2335's work back in the 4.24 days, my 4.24 ROM may have never taken off - I wanna thank that dude :D

Not effin, just tardin ;) I don't know what I was thinking but yeah it's there, doh! What I was thinking of is not that one (that is stock I believe), the one I'm thinking of (that you DO have) is after you select reboot from that menu.

Good to know! I hadn't ventured that far into the browser because I use Dolphin Mini (freakin' NICE browser) and it has that function (and more) built in, no digging through menus to switch the mode.

    Installation/Update Instructions
General ROM installation instructions can be found here: SOS Blog - Installation Page

WARNING: If you have already installed a 4.67 OTA-based SOS ROM (i.e. Swag = OFF v2.0.1), with a full wipe, then you can simply flash this ROM over v2.0.1. If you are using v1.9.0.9 PR or lower, this update requires a full wipe This wipe is required for full functiontionality. This will (hopefully) be the only wipe needed for 4.67 OTA-based SOS ROMs. This ROM is still based off of the 4.54 OTA, but v1.9.0.9 will prepare you for future updates (i.e. this will save you from having to wipe later). MyBackup Root is a great (free) tool to backup your app data as well as texts and call logs.

Team Swag HIGHLY recommends a full wipe when updating. But, if you decide not to do a full wipe - the ROM will still work. It just be missing a few under the hood tweaks (which you probably wouldn't even notice).

    Themes
Full Themes section can be found in the SOS App (now included with ROM). Or at the link: here.

Some themes not included in the SOS App have been included below.

    Keyboards
These are installable .apks. This will modify the keyboards that come with Swag = ON.

To install: Uninstall your current HTC_IME Mod and then install the new one you want. Easy as that.

    Status Bar/Notification Pulldown Modifications

Instructions on how to send back select apps (i.e. not every app included in a pack) are found on the Installation page.

    Essential App Pack
Normally, ROMs come with a lot of apps that many users will use often, but I know that everybody won't use them. Due to that reason, I try to include as few apps as possible (and make them fully uninstallable). For those that do like to have some extra apps added in easily, this is the right place for you! The instructions are the same as the other App Packs, except the apps are located in /data/app.

[Will be updated in the coming weeks]

    CIQ Adder
If you are a fan of Sprint apps, you may need this. CIQ is explained here, and the reason it is not included in this ROM can be found here. However, according to this, you shouldn't worry too much about CIQ. If you are having problems running Sprint apps, try flashing this.

Swag = ON: Multiupload | Mediafire
Swag = OFF: Multiupload | Mediafire

To re-strip CIQ, you simply need to reflash the ROM (Swag = ON) or Unswagification Pack (Swag = OFF), this will UNDO any other modifications (themes, kernels, etc.) you have made to SOS, though.

    Other Add-Ons
These are some other files I use that I had no part in making (like kernels and fonts), but they are flippin' awesome!

    Latest Radio Update (2.15.00.08.08)
Recently a new radio update was release for the HTC EVO 4G, be sure to update to it to receive the latest updates for your EVO!

    Flashable .zip

When flashing this file, recovery will tell you to reboot. Do this by going back to recovery's main screen and selection Reboot (at the top). Then a weird updating phone thingy will pop up. Then it will go back to recovery and you can reboot again and you'll be good to go. Warning: Do not pull your battery or perform a radio update on a low battery. Let the installation complete. Failure to do so could result in you bricking your EVO (you have been warned). Also: It is a good idea to back up your WiMAX keys. This G&E article should help you out.

    Splash Screen
This is NOT a flashable .zip, follow the instructions below. White-on-black Splash Screen (looks great with the boot animation for SOS):

    PC36IMG.zip

Place this file on the root of your SD card, use the 4-in-1 reboot mod to reboot into the bootloader, select BOOTLOADER, press volume up to confirm install, then volume up again to reboot, enjoy! Make sure the file is name "PC36IMG.zip" and not something like "PC36IMG (1).zip" or it won't flash. Thanks to JSZESZE for the splash screen and thepiecesfit for making this PC36IMG.zip

    Amon RA Recovery
Using ROM Manager, an app included with SOS, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the in-app options. The first-to-last option (under "More Recoveries") will read "Flash Alternative Recovery." Use this to flash Amon RA Recovery.

swagstr personally recommends manually downloading SOS and using Amon's recovery over ClockworkMod. However, ROM Manager is so damn easy! So the choice is really up to you ;)

Super Beta | VER 2.0.9.6 PR

NOTE: Easy access to this post can be found at the top of OP and in the top of my sig.

    Here's the skinny Swag Nation,

VER 2.0.9.6 is NOT done. But, I fixed the ODEX installation problems so you can install a fully functional ROM. Hmmm... So what I decided to do was upload this incomplete version of 2.0.9.6.

You may be wondering why. This is because SOS no has over one thousand possible installation results and I simply can't test them all on my own. What I am going to do is post an error log below that everyone can see and that I will update periodically as bugs come in.

Consider this VER 2.0.9.6 BETA. There is no Hot Fix - too many changes to the ROM layout. I will release BETA Hot Fixes as I fix these issues. If you aren't going to flash many different setups then I recommend you don't use the BETA and download 2.0.9.4 and add HF 5 and wait for 2.0.9.6 FINAL.

SOS v1.9.0.9 PR | ICE CREAM SWAG Pre-Release

Sorry for the lack of sense I made on the YouTube video ;)

This is obvi only for Swag = ON. Swag = OFF will be seeing an update to the new OTA soon (fingers crossed).

    To install:
    1. Start at v1.9.0.8 (SWAG FLU) - unless you are already at step 2
    2. Update to v1.9.0.8.5 (SWAG FLU H1N1)
    3. Update to v1.9.0.9 Pre-Release (ICE CREAM SWAG PR)
    4. [OPTIONAL] Flash the full ICS theme to get completely Ice Cream'd out (there will be a .zip that brings you back to a more Sense like environment)

Here's where I will put the files, I put a link in the OP for those interested:
    v1.9.0.8 SWAG FLU [Full ROM]
v1.9.0.8.5 SWAG FLU H1N1 [Update .zip] - NEW LINK!!!
v1.9.0.9 ICE CREAM SWAG PR [Update .zip]
    Full ICS Theme [Flashable .zip]
Sense-like ICS Theme (un-does Full ICS Theme .zip above) [Flashable .zip]

For the record, SNAP BACK SWAG Themes do work with this update, so do lock bars and flip clocks (all found here)... But that's it for now.

There you go. The stable release is on delay. I can't decide whether I should put this out with all it's themes on the 4.54 OTA... or if I should wait to update everything to 4.67.

    Opinions?
