I still have my old M1. Sometime I charge and use it a little bit. Still rockin' CM9.

I only skype on my tablet and I'm not a big fan of FB. (It's an understatement)
But back in the days I've used it to chat with gf on Talk, check out XDA with the old Tapatalk-based app.

I love my LG G2. But I miss that tactile feel of that wonderful keyboard. And that heavy feel.I still have my old M1. Sometime I charge and use it a little bit. Still rockin' CM9.
The same here. My M1's digitizer is a bit moody...
I know what you mean by the "heavy feel". This was a true man-phone.
Every manufacturer is trying to be lighter, slimmer and a slide-out qwerty simply goes against that. Still, a full keyboard has its advantages. For example I've never been able to play old-school NES games on my touchscreen devices. Sometimes you just need to feel buttons under your thumbs.
thanks for your explainations. i didnt know that we did not have full hw acceleration on our cm9 but its good to know. but may this new driver also fix the video encoding issue? if we would have full hw acceleration and could watch videos without any lags, that really would be awesome.
