Got New Droid Ultra Camera issue

Hey everyone got droid ultra today everything is fine no issue but the camera autocous doesn't work I'm updated the camera application also still autofocus doesn't work anymore what can I do how to fix this problem is this hardware or software releated?

Does it work outdoors? When the focus control turns green, autofocus has locked. Maybe it's a low light issue, based on your video? (Also, do you have HDR mode turned on? If so, try turning it off.)

If it still doesn't work in good light, then, if it isn't solved with a factory reset, I'd suggest a warranty replacement.

This is just standard troubleshooting...

Im solved by buying New Camera from.Ebay sorry for late u can buy Moto X camera too
