I try to upgrade from v30A Europe open to V30B Germany with AIO tool and always have this error:

After phone go to SW upgrade screen pc don't detect it anymore, i try to remove battery, hold down volume button but no luck.
Anybody have the same problem and how to repair this?

Yes, i try with Smart flash and work, thank you for your help, but i try to figure out why kdz didn't work.

Kdz needs another software, look in stickies.

I work with AIO tool and try to flash with KDZ version 30B and not working, phone not detected in SW upgrade mode, but if i flash with 30A all work OK.

I try with Smart flash tool and also with smart flash from AIO one time work but now don't work anymore i always have error.
First error i have for baudrate, then i take BB from 30A and this error desapire but i have again error after found 7 partition.

p.s.
Can you tell me please what software do i need for flash kdz?
I search in sticky but don't know what to look.

After a lot of google i can now flash to 30a or back to 30B all i must do is change order in CP i must add AP.bin and in AP i must add .fls.

Now i have Vodafone boot animation, can anybody help me and upload original ICS boot animation and shutdownanimation, please?
