I made the mistake of not making a backup when I unlocked my bootloader and flashed TWRP, and a custom ROM, and am now looking for anyone who has a backup of factory Unlocked/Developer Edition. My phone may have to be sent in for warranty repair or exchange.

My Radio is RADIO-1.15.2133156.UA03_2G
My HBOOT is HBOOT-3.16.0.0000
My CID is CID-BS_US001

I've done a search and haven't found much, so I'm kind of guessing there isn't much out there yet.

Just throwing this in here to show the steps I've completed.

(1st) Used Philz CWM to restore the backup downloaded for my model on the link above.

(2nd) Using adb shell I did: echo -ne '\x00' | dd of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p6 bs=1 seek=5314564
(remove **TAMPERED***)

(3rd) I flashed the stock recovery for my model from the link above.

(4th) Using adb shell I did: echo -ne '\x00\x00\x00\x00' | dd of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p2 bs=1 seek=33796
(relock bootloader)

My device appears to be fully restored to stock aside from the S-OFF, which hasn't really ever been a problem with HTC on warranty/repair.
