As per Android-info.txt from the RUU package

modelid: 0P6B12000
modelid: 0P6B17000
modelid: 0P6B1****
cidnum: 11111111
cidnum: T-MOB010
cidnum: CWS__001
cidnum: BS_US001
cidnum: GOOGL001
mainver: 1.16.1700.16
btype:0
aareport:1
hbootpreupdate:3

And as per your fastboot getvar all, your model ID is 0P6B63000 - Changed your MODEL ID on your phone to match the three in the list.. and if you can not change the, then I have attached the android-txt file with your model ID in it. No guarentee of working.. but post back. You should extract the zip, replace with provided android-txt, and zip it back up.

I suggest not to extract the zip. Paste the edited file directly into the zip using 7zip. Choose open archive rather than extract then just drag into folder and overwrite. Extracting and rezipping can break the zips.
Also as suggested use a proper editor such as notepad++ (should work on WINE) and not a general text editor.
