So ive been desperately trying to get USB tethering to work on my Rooted S4 after the 4.3 update. I have the Tmobile SGH-M9191 - M919UVUEMK2, I downloaded and paid $1.95 for Wifi Tether Router and it works fine for Wifi but has no USB tether 
- I also have unlimited everything and 2.5 GB free tethering which isn't enough. Does anyone know of an app that has usb tethering that works on this phone? I'm willing to flash a ROM, pay for an app, whatever it takes. I get 15 mbps on wifi tether app, but on stock USB tether I get 35+ mbps. Also with usb tether the phone charges while being used. Ive been searching for so freaking long and can't find a solution.
