I've installed it and straight away tested camera (one of my most used feature). The paranoma and video mode have graphical glitches and when videos are recorded and played back, they only show a black screen.

Known issue that's still being ironed out. Disable HW overlays in Developer Options. That will help. I can never keep it selected. Every time I reboot, I have to go back in and select it.

Smooth as hell, and everything seems to be working. Only spent a few minutes so far. Not sure about battery life yet.

I have a busy day tomorrow, and I'll probably be using my phone for a lot of research and typing, I'll report back to see how it fairs.

Inspire 4g, haven't noticed the need for inspiremod yet, if I notice anything I'll mention that.

Thank you blindndumb! The pacman rom was just released for my HD2 as well which means I can run the same rom on both phones making my life simpler. Can anyone report whether wired-tether 1.4 apk works for usb tethering?

*answering my own question...running wired tether 1.4 apk results in an error stating the kernel does not have support for usb tethering so third party workarounds are not going to work either for usb tethering until a fixed kernel is used*

Just noticed the blue screen flash at boot up.

Have that too. I'm thinking it's just an issue in the boot animation or something. If anyone tries a custom boot animation, do check if you have that too (because then it could be something else).

I can't seem to get around it's similarity to the windows blue screen of death :p

Hardware button lights don't work unless into display and change the brightness slider. Has to be done each time phone is unlocked

Sent from my Desire HD using xda app-developers app

Just select automatic brightness and it will work normally.

In Phablet UI mode I'm getting a thin transparent bar under the status bar. Is this normal in Phablet UI mode?

Confirmed.. Will look into this..
For now try changing status bar size in PA Settings, May help

I've installed it and straight away tested camera (one of my most used feature). The paranoma and video mode have graphical glitches and when videos are recorded and played back, they only show a black screen.

Disable HW Overlays in Dev Settings

befor bootanimation starts i get a bluescreen is that normal`?

Changed boot animation, still get the blue screen screen at boot up.

For all having bluescreen before bootanimation, Its a known issue..
There is no bootanimation.zip, It uses assets from framework-res.apk for bootanimation.. So It may/maynot happen.. Just a glitch. I will try to figure it out before next release

Rom is very nice but camera still isn't perfectly

What do you mean? Are images having green line?
Also try switching to different Picture Size in Camera settings, It may help

Thanks all

Cheers :)

I pushed a bootanimation.zip to /system/media and the phone would freeze during the animation...had to go into adb and do a remount then delete the bootanimation.zip for it to boot. Still had the blue flash though.

As I said its a known issue, I will try to fix it by next release..
BTW.. I also used a custom boot animation like you did, but no prob of freezing on my Desire S
