[Q] Flash without root?

Do want to flash a sbf file (firmware)? or a Modded Rom (like CM7/9, etc)?
if you want the first: you can flash without rooting the phone...
just download you sbf file from this thread http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1465476
and use this tutorial BUT with YOUR sbf file http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1032372
If you want the Second: you need root and others stuffs
