Yes it does break the video and probably google goggles as well. I will put out a beta .34 overclocked kernel tomorrow. It will be mostly working. I will put out a final once the source is released for froyo.

i did pauls 2.2 will i get the update from google? or did he disable it? and if i do download the update what are the chances that i would be stuck unrooted?

MFLOPS

My unit is stock Froyo and I got 37.593 Mflops with a time of 0.14. The best I got before was just under 10 Mflops.

Android market on Froyo

Im on Stock Android 2.2 and no copy protected apps are showing up in my laggy ass slow android market.. I have paid apps but not apps with copy protection. Are other stock 2.2 users suffering from this as well.. the slowness of the market makes me wanna punch babies

if ur unlocked, rooted, have the 2.2 sdk and have a little adb knowledge....this thread will help with protected apps, as FRF50 is a release candidate/test, the build.prop is stopping protected apps from showing. hope this helps...

Some are having more luck than others

Test= Alpha
Release Candidate= Beta

This is a completely stable build. I have no problems at all, no constant freezes like on stock 2.1.1 and it's a lot faster. However, some people aren't so lucky. I had EPE76 and Amon_Ra's recovery so I used Paul's prerequisite free 2.2 and Cyanogen's Quick Root.

android 2.2 froyo on incredible

I just rooted my incredible and installed froyo 2.2 I love it. It works great absolutely love it but I only have one complaint now my video camera don't work can any one help me on this topic?
