ohhhhh, so that's what that stupid icon was. Now I just have to figure out what the other 13 icons HTC decided to put up there are.

is the icon just transparent? There's a huge gap between where the icon was and the bluetooth icon

I agree, I think I would rather have the icon than a blank space.

I wouldn't mind having a different icon since the stock is HUGE. is there a way to change it?

The icon is inside NFC.apk under /system/app/

Could we just delete the PNG that is the icon? Would that still leave the blank space?
