Cannot find Loki_flash to install TWRP

Went here https://github.com/djrbliss/loki .............cannot locate loki_flash file

I tried downloading the zip and the bin folder does not have loki_flash

Anyone know where I can find it?

why dont you just use the pre-lokied twrp image? Look for everything VA threat in dev. area for the image that is already ready to flash using flashify (if you dont the have Kitkat update)
