If it is, I sure hope it fixes the email contraction issue. These leaks are making email useless for me. It's taking everything I got not to install it.
But I was one of the peeps lost in no man's land with .893

Patience is a virtue. :)

I'm not a virtuous man. I tried to go back to .905 and couldn't stay there more than a few hours. The smart actions are excellent.

WOW!!! I've been reading the shoutbox on droidHIVE.com and it's making appreciate all the work the dev's do. It's also making me glad I wasn't home when this leaked or I would be reliving my .893 debacle.

There is a script that allows you to move forward now in case of 235 installations.

THIS WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO FXZ 902 / 905 BACK ONTO YOUR PHONE - IT WILL ONLY FIX ERRORS SO YOU CAN FLASH THE NEXT ICS LEAK

See http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1778001 for more details.

Also, Warning: 905 FXZ has been released but will not work on your phone if you have 235 installed.

905 FXZ can be found here http://rombot.droidhive.com/roms/targa/fastboot/VRZ_XT875_5.9.905.XT875.Verizon.en.US_CFC.xml/

905 FXZ ZIP file can be found here http://d-h.st/W6A which includes a modified XML files so as not to delete your data - please read the README.txt for an explanation on which xml file does what.

p.s. I take no credit for these just helping out the community

905 fxz ftw

Thank you very much for passing out the info on the .905 FXZ. This will save a time consuming step once the official rolls out and I need to go back to get the OTA. Much thanks!

Had to redo a few files in the original ZIP's i was using so just combined everything into one. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. i had an error in the system.img included in my old ZIP's. The new ones have been tested and are working. I apologize for the time wasted on my 1st ZIP's. I chalk it up to just not paying close attention on my part.

Yes, quite literally, a hell of a day.

.235 has a lot of little fixes, like updated tutorial videos, new IPTables files, boot animation audio controlled by the phone audio state just like in GB (IOW, if you power off the phone while it is in vibrate or silent mode, then the boot animation audio will not play on next boot)....

I still think we're a bit off from the OTA, but one user has been claiming to not only be a Motorola employee but also that he met a Motorola Dev who showed him .235 on a phone more than a week ago. So, we might be getting close....

I guess we'll find out soon enough. I'll spend the day at the office with 235 and see how it goes.

When I was on 232 the dialer was problematic. Did you notice that also and if so have you used the dialer often enough on 235 to confirm there are no issues?

Sadly no. timmy10shoes had that idea, too, and it's a decent one. The idea being just replace the cdt.bin with the old one. But it breaks the update if you even try and I'm told even if it didn't it still wouldn't work. Awesome.
