Thank you for answering. I did try it, but I was looking for an oc kernel to use with Neutrino. Only option is Nottachtrix for an oc'ed GB ROM. This phone is just dying I guess. Devs have moved on,almost every ROM has been abandoned, hardware problems are getting more and more common, and the 3.1.10 kernel seems to have hit a ceiling. Anyway, I will edit this last post if I find a link to any oc'ed CM7 kernel. Peace & thanks again.

Out of curiosity, does anyone have any oc'ed CM7 kernels in their computer? I recently reset my HD, but someone must have it. That would be a good solution for now.

Installed 1.45 GHz version on CyanogenMod 7.2 Stable. Runs great!
But links in first post are broken, I download the latest version here.
