Tablo, first in preferences (fancy widget pro) go into "Appearance settings"->"Widget style" and set "Flip clock". Next go into "Appearance settings"->"Clock skin" and download "H7C clock" and apply this as current skin.

GPS works fine. The camera is hard to keep open, it's mostly forced itself to close when I've tried opening it. Apps are downloading and installing waaaayy faster than on Superfroyo. I'll run it for a few day and see if any other problems pop up. It seems very stable, I have not had any OS crashes yet. Thank you and DZO for the hard work.

I had a couple of freeze-ups that required pulling the battery yesterday. Some jerkiness in opening the menus and the default home screen seems insensitive, as someone pointed out in the DZO thread. But a lot of the apps are running smoother than Froyo: Cubed, the Market, not sure what others.
I appear to have a ton of storage space, like 50+ mb still left--others?
I was going to flash back to froyo yesterday but it turned out to have zero freeze ups. I didn't try to use the camera though. So another day on gingerbread.

REALLY like this build but had to switch back to c6.1 for camera.
is it possible for just a camera update?

Sorry, don't mean to be sarcastic, it is the driver that is at fault and always has been, i wish i had time to sort it but currently i don't. There is a fair bit involved in getting the camera functioning properly which includes modifications to the kernel and the camera driver in the build which won't be an easy task.Had to flashback to Froyo today, I need more stability. Your work is appreciated though. I'd love to get Gingerbread on the last 6 months of my contract out of this phone.
Big thanks to Scott for donating the other day, very much appreciated. I had my bike stolen the same day so it lightened my mood a bit and made me spend a bit of time on the build. I have it working well, but can't get the bootanimation to display for some strange reason, must be to do with the modifications i have made to EGL and surface flinger to try and get the graphics more manageable for our poor phones. Anyway, i'm compiling away so once i've found the cause i'll most likely post a new build. Cheers all, and if anyone sees my bike or knows the bast**d that took it, give me a shout

14Scoot CyanogenMod 7.1.0 RLS3
This is a build I have compiled from the official CyanogenMod source files and adapted for Kaiser/Vogue. Feel free to give it a go at your own risk!
Well, it still isn't quite as snappy as Froyo and the camera still doesn't work properly but it's probably about as fast as Gingerbread will get on our devices. I'm bound to have messed a few things up but i'll continue to work on it when I get time
All the usual things are working as far as i know, GPS works fine for me but the camera is as always not fully functional.
All of this is thanks to the guys working on the CyanogenMod roms and of course, none of this would work without all the hard work on the kernel so big thanks to dzo, vilord, l1q1d etc...

I can't really be bothered to list all of the changes, there are quite a few but I just compile the thing, the changes are in the CyanogenMod repository. I have included the updated RIL and all of the Google Apps are up to date. The camera is still ****e but that's a driver issue. This release hasn't been heavily tested as I don't use my Kaiser as a main phone anymore So i'm sure you will find issues in which case we can sort them out as and when. Enjoy!

I have uploaded the all language build, it's pretty big so i'd recommend installing additional apps to data and possibly not using the Gapps update provided although i can't say for sure that it wouldn't work because i haven't had time to test the build.1
