Novice Needing Help

I have flashed my s3 with clockworkmod and have been using CyanogenMod 10.1.2, but I would like to flash back to the Jelly Bean 4.1.2, I forgot to backup my original system image, therefore, I don't have a file to back up too. Can anyone provide me with links to download the original system files, I do not know which ones are what I am needing.

I just did this, and now I'm stuck in a boot loop, is it bricked?

If it turns on its not bricked, can you get to recovery or download mode?
