since the battery isnt gonna be removable, i am currently considering buying a portable charger..

here are some i found.. would like an opinion on which capacity would be good..

the last link has the same capacity as the 2nd last but it is way cheaper.. is it safe?

The best portable charger is the PowerGen. look it up on amazon it charges my android twice and my ipod twice before it drains. I think its 5400 mah. Its also cheap like 30-50$

if i keep my phone on charger most of the time, will it damage my battery in the long run?

Just wanted to give you the heads up - my external battery has arrived and so far, it's superb. Really pleased with it!

You won't regret your purchase. I use mine to charge my mp3 player, One X and Transformer Prime and will also use it to charge my Sony Smartwatch when it finally turns up :)

Just received it. Feels good about the device but it seems a bit heavy. I don't see any thing about warranty on the box.
Does Sony smartwatch really useful, How's it?

would it damage my battery faster if i frequently charge it? i mean, after 6 hours, i'd charge it. then 6 hours again after (considering it would be 10%). and so on.

I saw teardown of the htc one x at some sites, maybe there are sellers of the battery part itself but I could not find any. Maybe in future there will be replacement of such batteries. (fingers crossed)

Battery percentage display

Guys, how can I get the battery icon to display the current percentage on it?
Is there an app, in particular, that will allow this?

My phone's not rooted.

I don't have my phone yet BUT I recommend a little app called BattStat from the market. 1x1 widget for battery that just works.
