Problems with s2u2

I have downloaded the latest version of s2u2 i believe its v0.99c on my sprint touch but the sms notification does not pop up. all the other notifications work. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem or had this problem?

google the latest version, I am using v1.21 and i have no problems yet.

He's referring to A_C's version so 0.99c is the latest
