If this tool helped you, whack that "Thanks" button down there.

Xperoid Toolbox
A Command-Line Interface Toolbox for Linux/Cygwin

(Semi-Abandoned)

NOTE: Make sure you have LK Bootloader flashed!

What is it?
It's a compilation of shell scripts (.sh) that I wrote that does what Clockwork Recovery does and more. This very lightweight toolbox is less than a mere megabyte (but still depends on the Linux Terminal and Android SDK).

Another great feature is it downloads the ROM/kernel/recovery image directly and flashes it right after. If you previously downloaded that file, there's no need to redownload it. Don't worry, you'll still get the option to flash a zip not listed by using the "Something Else" option.

Basically, it's convenience in a very small package. I've noticed that there aren't many user-friendly tools for Linux on hacking the HTC Kovsky.

*Attempt to rewrite it for Windows (May require Wget for Windows installed.)
Frequently Asked Questions:
Code:
Q: I want to use this for Windows!
A: Try it out on Cygwin. After the code overhaul, it should work with it now.

Q: The toolbox won't start!
A: Remember to make "XperoidToolbox.sh" executable by entering the command
"chmod a+x XperoidToolbox.sh" via terminal. The rest of the scripts will be
made executable at first launch. If not, run "Fix Permissions" in the
toolbox. Finally, run it via terminal.

Q: I'm getting issues with "file or directory not found"!
A: It is required to extract the folder into the root of your home folder.
   (Example: /home/<USER>/XperoidToolbox)

Q: Does this contain the actual ROMs, kernel, recovery images, etc.?
A: No, it downloads it to the root of the Xperoid Toolbox directory. That
   explains the small file size.

Q: There's a bug in one of the scripts!
A: Just post an explanation about the bug here. I'll get right to it!

Q: I want you to list my ROM, kernel, recovery image, etc.!
A: First, it needs to be a NAND ROM/kernel/recovery image. Just post it here if
you want it listed. I'll update it soon.

Q: LOLz! Ivoted screw Lunix because it doesn't work on my system.
Q: For those who voted "Pfft, screw Linux", screw you too. I put effort into
writing this tool, but I don't have common access to a Windows PC. If
you think you can do better with a Windows version of this, show it to me
and I might post it here. For those n00bs out there, get out. You obviously
don't know what you're doing. Come back when you're ready and serious.
