Are the auto-brightness adjustments working on this? If so I'd have a hard time not flashing. So far I'm still running stock, but that is my killer feature I'm always wanting.

It's not working for me... I followed the steps but after rebooting from recovery I see the boot animation make 3 spins and then it just dies and tablet becomes unresponsive unless I reboot ... Any ideas?

I've already done that, I have developer options, but within developer options I don't see any options to change apps & ADB.

Look in superuser settings, the 1st option is security, then superuser access, change to apps and adb. But doing that didn't help for me at least

Never mind, under developer options, select root access, change to apps and adb as previously stated

Does the "select root access" not show up until after flashing the ROM? On the stock ROM, I don't see it under developer options.

Thats weird I haven't lost root yet :p.. Although I switched root to apps and adb from the beginning not sure if that has anything to do with it

Select root is a CM feature... Flash the ROM than tap on build number a bunch of times to expose dev settings and profit

The perfect 22nd birthday present! Thanks mate!

ROOT IS WORKING BUT IT NEEDS TO BE ENABLED
    1. Enable developer option by pressing build number 7 times in settings>about
    2. Enable usb debugging and set root access to adb + apps in developer settings
    3. root should now work

    Titanium backup Users
    1. In tb go to menu>preferences>backup folder location
    2. Navigate to storage/emulated/legacy
    3. Select your Backup folder and Select "Use the current folder"
    4. Then it will ask you to move backup to that folder.... Select that
    5. Restart app and restore.

Seems stable.. only issue i have had is after first flash the bootanimation stopped but the ROM booted fine.

Edit: bootanimation will start then stop on boot but will boot up fine, also voice+ will force close if you try to enable it in the app before enabling it in settings/Accessibility... Here's a mms.apk for anyone that uses voice+ with google voice http://db.tt/l3eMkwcN

It doesn't show up as a media device on my computer either. Its not a pressing issue for me and it should be worked out as development picks up.

Check MTP in storage settings, it's not on by default, that fixed it for me.

First, did you flash the SU?

If so, it is the 8th option down the list in Dev options. Called "Root Access". Click that and change it to "Apps and ADB".

I've attached the SU zip for your convenience.

dude - superSU is on v1.51 ... that v1.43 had several known issues for some.

if anyone is gonna flash it, flash the latest version!
