OK I have a few questions
How can I boot into recovery mode?
which is smoother and better for this phone 4.1 or 4.0?

Hold power button + vol down at the same time
This takes you to fastboot menu, simply click recovery after that :)

If your device isn't rooted then do so, root!

Also 4.0 is smoother :) in my opinion AOKP v7 will do, in other hands you're phone's best of with CM7 for now, that is if you're a starter :)

I suggest that since the ROM takes over 127mb in the package why not try slim it down?
slim it down to it's maximums lowest i suggest so then the ROM can be bit more smooth :)

Well, I can't slim it down as the question is: What to remove?
Better to let be so and I already slimmed down the GApps and that's enough anyways thanks for your suggestion :)

Ive got the HTC Buzzkernel sources now, just downloading the toolchains and wil start compiling ;)
I need to find out how to patch the kernel to higher versions then i can fix the bugs and we'll have a working 3.x.x.x kernel :D

No errors so far, im compiling with the linaro toolchain, maybe it will be faster?
