First few hours. Didn't change a thing yet... Have Nova launcher prime but will install it tomorrow. Got a sweet deal with a free gear fit so I'm pretty happy.

We're using a different launcher. Try NOVA from the market!

Nova Launcher with One More Clock Widget. I really like the clock widget. There are 9 places inside the widget to open assigned apps. Just a random wallpaper app in the back.

This is my homescreen. Large font on the launcher bar means tapping the text and the small text means when you gesture up on the launcher bar.

eg when you gesture up on the Media/Travel button you get this:
