[SLSPL]7 Pro HTC_Europe Stock Limited SPL ROM to downgrade 5.10.x Bootloader by ansar

Dear forum members,

An SLSPL ROM is created for Gold 7 Pro HTC_Europe Operator that allows downgrading the Bootloader

The process is as simple as of these 3 steps

1. Download the following SLSPL ROM for HTC_Europe operator

>. Rapidshare : RUU_Gold_7Pro_Europe_5.10.401.03_SLSPL_by_ansar

2. Flash the provided SLSPL ROM

>. after flashing the device will re-boot in tricolor Bootloader screen

3. Flash ANY Stock ROM of HTC_Europe operator (except a 5.xx one!!)

>. keep the provided ROM as your eyes!!

>> close zune //// and any other program ////

>> connect phone to usb

>> if phone is on press and hold power button until will turn off

>> press and hold volume down button //// phone to bootloader ////

>> press power button and keep holding volume down button //// phone in bootloader ///

>> double click on ROMUpdateUtility.exe //// follow on screen instructions ////

>> disconnect phone from usb

>> connect to the internet with a wi-fi router

>> connect phone to usb

>> run zune //// wait for zune to sync ////

>> click on NEXT

>> click on NEXT

>> click on CANCEL //// cancels zune checking for updates ////

Update: But I keep getting a 'Errer 260', atfer entered into the tricolor mode, the 'serial' or 'usb' letter doesn't appear on the lower middle part of screen. Sync relationship can not establish. How to overcome this?

Doesn´t work for me.
Flashing SLSPL stop on 1% and i become an Error: 294 INVALID VENDER ID

On my HTC 7 Pro is this version of bootloader: 5.10.2250.0

Hi,

Your device is half bricked and cannot be repaired by the SL SPL

You may try the y cable method

I have an o2 branding. Do i also have to use the Y-cable method, so that i can flash stock-rom?

You may try y cable method as well but use an O2 GOLDIMG.nbh

Hi, ansar!
I have a problem, flashing stops with an Error 294.
I know that this error means vendor id is incorrect, but my software revision number ends with .401. How is that?

I think after the rapidshare jannuary update, you have to change your download permission settings.

i have tmo branding. is there any TMO rom pre mango out? [flash tmo-de - do hspl - go custom rom]

or do i need to unbrand using goldcard and htc europe rom?

look settings - about - more info and see Firmware Revision Number... look for last 3 digits (if .401 then you dont need gold card.... if not you need gold card)...

okay then i need goldcard - i have a multicardreader, can i use it for flashing?

as cable i have a standard "usb-hdd-cable" (one plug only soldered with power, one soldered with power and data).
I would buy a "nokia USB OTG Adapter" in addition to this.

Therefore i would connect my "usb-hdd-cable" with a) power only to my pc b) with the otg adapter and c) my multicardreader

should this work fine?
-> create goldcard
-> connect
-> flash old rom "nodo"
-> HSPL
-> custom 7.5/7.8
?

will i loose my TMO-branding wiht this? (want2loose)

multicardreaders not good, you can try but better is only sdcard readers...

here my combination (worked ok with O2 Titan)
