I will give my son my trusty old Captivate since I upgraded to the Galaxy Note. I have flashed MANY ROMs on the Captivate but gaming was never a consideration for me. He will use it to play games, text, and occasional phone calls. I'm hoping I could get a few suggestions on ROMs that work well for games such as a kernel with BIGMEM support (720p video loss is no problem) or tweaks built into the ROM to increase graphics, etc. I'd want it to have at least typical stability so it won't be frustrating. I don't want to spend a ton of time tweaking overclocking and undervolting, etc since I just don't have the time.
Basically, I'm looking for ideas of ROMs to try that after the initial flash will support a wide variety of games and play them well. Any suggestions are appreciated.
