Showing around Q2 it doesn't mean can unlock your bootloader.
Guarantee brick device.

If the site database is right,ur date code between 11w01-11w12.which mean,u can safely unlocked it.btw pls check ur backsticker first,this menthod not 100% accurate according a feedback from few member.do it is on ur own risk

What does it mean? I had to send my X8 to SE Service Repair because of failed attempt to unlock bootloader. Now the sticker beneath the battery says 11W26... How can I see if I can safely unlock bootloader?

I think ur IMEI is not in their database if u got Est. Date of Range Issuance After Jan 2003
.Now for sure,are u got 11W26 after repaired it?If that so,is a big chance they replaced ur m/b with that date & if u ask me,I say u should go for it.Just remember that even ur date is below 11W29,doesnt mean its u will 100% success to u/b.So take time to read every step carefully and keep ur eyes,mind & hand sharp while do it.Like always,me not take responsible if u kill u phone...again.bye

it's safe for me
coz at the back of my battery was written 11w47........

As long as the sticker's number is 11w38 you shouldn't try, but you may want to give it a try as you are under warranty... your choise:angel:.

sorry typo error ,, Q2 2011.
but its hazardous to attempt on BL unlock..
i just might be lucky to unlock my BLACK X8 (11W33)
