Have a Touchwiz rom on me and Penguin499 with the help of; Sol2k, Cute_prince and most importantly Midzan21

Make backup of your previous rom(Optional)
Make full wipe
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Install the rom
Reboot
Wait for the rom to boot completely turn on WiFi
Reboot again
Flash Gapps

I am making a tw ROM aswell

i am trying tot make it Android 4.0.3, 4.1.2 and 4.2.2

Some people still like Ics!

anyways: great job!!!

Edit: edit your title: it says 4.2.1 instead of 4.1.2 or is it going tot be 4.2?

Well im getting netd1.0 but might be as of build.prop so deleting them

In the tutorial bro, you've got "install theme" Why not add it into the Rom to set as default as standard? it's done in the build.prop using the persist sys method, add the theme into the system>App, and then set it as a theme in the build.prop and to enable by default, get perms off the dev of the theme (if you can find him) and i'll tell you howto do it, or simply search for a guide on xda? but it would make more sense to do it that way

Check out this S4 feel Rom to go with my Xperia Z Rom, and cherry Pick what you want from it, might help you fix some of those bugs, and you may be able to fix mine bro, team up on this, touchwizz is a project and half! Mines probably a bit outdated but was smooth when i was using it, Take from it what you want bro! http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=43430170&postcount=16
