I do not know how you did it ... but this rom and ics version are the fastest I've tried ... I make you my compliments for the excellent work!

runs pretty smooth, has some bloatware but can be removed. Bit worried about battery, seems to burn down like mad, any tips about it? As soon as i took it off charge , it went down 3% in about 20s (nothing was running in bg).
Btw, for full Xperience I suggest Xperia cm10 theme from store (paid one). Great job !
Edit: seems battery settled now, so its pretty ok.

Same with me. Stuck on boot animation. Tried several times, results are the same. Mine is T-Mobile.

Mine too.
Already give up trying.
The ROM looks nice and it seems to work on Nand or Data on SD but on NativeSD always stuck on bootanimation.
Will be great to have an update or fix for NativeSD.

Can you try this?
Backup all your nativesd roms
Delete those roms and wipe your sd-ext partition
Delete the partition and start from scratch to make a new partition and install this rom to this new partition and check if it boots

Since Native SD does not work and I'm curious with this ROM, I took out WP 7.8 and other Native SD ROM from my T-Mobile HD2, and installed this NAND ROM. Amazing! It runs very fast and smooth.
Just some bloatwares need to be removed since they are not useful and just make the storage full.

Nand problem
Ok,what I am doing wrong:
I made wipe(task29)
I installed magldr
I made two partitions on sd card, fat32 13gb and 1,5gb ext4
I puted rom and 4EXTRecovery on sd card
I installed rom option nand dataonext with 4EXTRecovery
After restart magldr is returning message "no boot sources"
I tried more times but always the same.I have europe model.
help please

Try using cwm recovery and are you sure u chose data on ext and not nativesd?

I tried nativesd few times before but as we know it does not work.
I tried now with cwm recovery(hd2 toolkit,cache size 5mb,repartition,170) and it found nand rom but then it went in bootloop.
Otherwise I am running NexusHD2-JellyBean-4.1.2-CM10 V1.3a [NativeSD] on my phone without any problems.I have Sony xperia also and I prefer xperia rom.

170 is too less increase the partition size to 285mb

I increased on 285mb,thanks. Now it stays on black screen after htc logo. Red light blinks every 10 seconds and buttons light up if you press them but that is all.
