Three Musketeers MIUI 4 V1 Beta
Yes we have long beards, silly hats and occasionally spar (with words).

This is a Beta at the moment, so do not kang us about updates; what's working or not. Look below, if it's not there then try it. Let us know and we will update accordingly.

We have released these in beta form so people can try them and we believe that they are useable now.
Please Please don't post silly comments saying the things we've already listed don't work, lets try to keep comments productive to help us or help others...

This is a port from the Incredible S version ported over by me

What Works:
Mic
Sound
SD Mount (for this to work you need to turn USB debugging off before you connect to PC)
Data
SMS
MMS
Dialler
Auto Brightness
Themes (you may have some problems, but thats a MIUI problem and not the rom)

What Doesn't Work:
MIUI 4 hasn't got a stable release yet so some of the problems will be MIUI based and not this rom
WiFi
Camera
Bluetooth

How to Install

1. Root your Device and Get Recovery - Use one of these tutorials: Vertigo or Shingers5.
2. Complete Wipe through CWM or Flash BinDroid Total Wipe.
3. In CWM, Wipe Data, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik and Battery Stats.
4. Install .zip file, reboot and hopefully enjoy.

remember guys these are 2 beta builds and many many hours of huddles and chat have gone into producing these roms. there will be issues but please read OP and dont complain about bugs already listed as we will not reply, new bugs will be added as and when found. please post with tact and respect as no one gets paid for doing this! this forum needed a shakeup and some activity and we hoped with these 2 roms things will pick up!

wifi has proven to be a bit of a challenge but feel free to see if you can get it working. i guess i am a bit spoilt with unlimited data plan so wifi is not a must for me.

That is because that is how long we've been working on it... Its not just happened overnight, there is a lot of hours of work gone into it... More so Ben than me

Next release will be based of new update providing it brings more stability and wifi. Let these settle for now and we will in a few days look at 1.56

On Incredible S ( Sense 4.0) dont works 1.Camera
2.wifi hotspot
3.Charging Light Indicator But WiFi works. I am saying this because this is Incredible S port. So you say

If I am not mistaken these are 2 different devices so wifi files from incredible s isn't gonna work with xl. If they did then you'd have wifi. You cannot comapre builds here mate as devices are different as.you know. We used what we could that worked and spent many hours trying various files but wifi wouldn't work. We are still working.on it

The MIUI port is from Incredible S, but the Sense 4 port, as far as I'm aware, has been built from the RUU for the One V by Alex-V using Ben's kernel (correct me if I'm wrong Alex

), We've taken the base what Alex-V did and we've tried to get more working on it.

You have to realise that this is not the same phone, board or kernel so some things might work on one but not the other... A lot of what doesn't work now we tend to think is more kernel related, so those problems will be specific to this phone...
