NOTE:
I don't have a A100 so I cannot fully test it , I test this rom on my A500 and G100W with a boot.img for those devices.
This rom is a full base of the leaked ICS rom for the A100
Active support is not my thing as I don't have a lot of time with 3 roms going on.
But if I can I will jump in and try to help

PLEASE FOLLOW THIS TO THE LETTER , if not acer ring and other stuff won't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Installation,
first take a full nandroid backup !!!!!
-wipe all , factory reset , format !!
-flash rom first with cwm or RA recovery
-flash extra system apps if you want them

FLEX-A100-REAPER-RELIX_Rev2

Naked rom with no extra's , use the AROMA packages to customize your tablet.
Default kernel in rom is
gm-V2.0 @ 1.2GHz default speed (can be oc'ed with app to 1.5GHz)
Lulzactive governor as default with tweak script for very smooth handling.

All the old mods and flashpackes are still supported

Terminal tools
If the auto gps update and mimtempfiles remover don't do there job do the following=
-New GPS updater (lto) terminal command is = su (enter) gps-update(enter)
-Mimetempfile-remover (exchange e-mail temp files) terminal command is = su(enter) remove-mimetempfiles(enter)
Backup tool:
(not full nandroid backups but a system or data backup that you can flash later in cwm with custom restore if you screwed up something) (saved in sdcard/clockworkmod/ )
*Making a cwm system backup without the need to go to cwm and reboot.= command is su (enter) systembackup (enter)
*Making a cwm data backup without the need to go to cwm and reboot.= command is su (enter) databackup (enter)
*clean system (dalvikcache and cache)= command is su (enter) sclean (enter) (from V6 supercharger)

CUSTOMIZING AROMA PACKAGES
A100 users will need to reflash correct acerRing if they use a theme.

FLEX-THEME_INSTALLER-ver2 (58MB)
install 9 different themes , enable/disable AcerRing and a choise of 3 different bootanimations.

FLEX-WIDGAPP-INSTALLER-ver2(274MB):
install all the Acer apps , extra apps and Widgets that you want . (Games/Acer file managers are installed in data so can be removed from within the app drawer)

FLEX-WIDGAPP-INSTALLER_noGames-ver2(130MB)
(Same as package above but no games so file is smaller)

FLEX-WIPER-ver2: (3.8MB)
Use this if you want to remove any of the apps or widgets you installed with the FLEX-WIDGAPP-INSTALLER (except , games/Acer file managers are removed from within the app drawer)

You want for any strange reason the stock kernel.
FULL STOCK FULL ROOT kernel (no Overclocking or tweaks on this one)

Back camera is not working for me. Just getting a black screen. Front camera works if you click on it then restart the camera. Camera was working fine with the a500 version and ics leak.

I had the same issue from original A500 Rom, restore your boot.img that made the camera work however front is now upside down. Have NOT flashed this A100 version yet.

mind posting some log cats for the dev so he can figure it out? I'd recommend lumberjack if you don't have adb setup. I'm still running my jerry rigged together a500 version of the rom cause I've got everything working as well as can be with the exception of ICS touch inputs in games still being flaky

Well I've got a logcat, but can't do much with it 'til I get home as I have no way of sending it right now. I also have a problem with the audio; randomly I can hear a staticky "POP" from the speakers. Though mostly it's when the device is not in use, and I start using it. For example, when I open the app/drawer after the tablet hasn't been in use.

In the logcat I notice:

V/NvAudioALSA(11288):Closing ALSA device!, curDev 0x2, curMode 0

followed by a few lines that seem to indicate the device is being started. Is it normal for that to keep popping up every few mins? Doesn't seem that when it starts up it's to play some sound cause I haven't heard a peep from the tablet in the last 15 mins, and it's in there QUITE a few times.

Wait for other kernel.

EDIT:

look in OP , new kernel full original A100 ICS kernel , hope it solves camera and noise problems.

Raul, perhaps some mod isn't playing nice? That said, I have the modded build.prop and the sd/internal swap and after flashing the stock boot.img the cameras are both working ok; although, I can't comment on the popping sound issues I was having, but haven't heard it yet, so I guess that's good.

Acer ring only works with correct build.prop and if you wipe dalvik you lose the ring feature. It gets stored there so wipe it , lose it in 99% of the time.
And acer ring only works if you installed with full wipe before flashing rom.

I apologize civato just thought I'd post the one i modded the outer ring on cause on the a100 the outer ring texture is very offcentered. Also could you post the button mods you have for the a500 version I like the mirror buttons as you can tell

I'm still using the a500 version with the ZN kernal I haven't had enough time to install the Official version yet an put it through its passes.
