Ain't working for me either. Even tried after a soft reset, getting the following:

Copying C:\ELF\device_info\itsutils.dll to WCE:\windows\itsutils.dll
Could not update itsutils.dll to the current version, maybe it is inuse?
try restarting your device, or restart activesync
or maybe your device is application-locked.

CID is:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Could Not Find C:\ELF\device_info\cid.txt

DEVICE ID is:

Could Not Find C:\ELF\device_info\deviceid.txt

Try with the previous version of itsutils.dll.

I'll test it again.. I know that my other elfin was having these issues until I copied the batch file over to another folder with the itsutils files (thought it was just the DLL issue).

EDIT: Doh.. I'm having that issue now after I hard-reset my second device. Sorry guys, I'll get working on a fix.

Still getting the same error kokotas.
Even tried by copying itsutils.dll manually under Windows folder.

Added value?
I hope I'm not sounding ignorant or unappreciative but while you're in there, would it be possible to output the CID lock status too? g_cKeyCardSecurityLevel? Just thought it might add further value to this great resource and help to prevent device bricking.
