Vanilla RootBox - JB - Android 4.2.2

Description

This ROM is built from source and is not only a modified ZIP file with bloated apps.
Vanilla RootBox is built straight from RootBox sources and always carries a very light installation with no extra/useless apps.
This means, you can enjoy a pure Android experience combined with AOKP features, Paranoid Features and CM cherry-picks.

Installation Instructions
(If coming from GB be sure to flash Stock Firmware with Odin, use PDA slot)
1. Install Custom Recovery - TWRP - CWMR
2. Install ROM though Recovery or GooManager
3. Install My Latest Gapps though Recovery or GooManager
4. If Newer Kernel is available install it though Recovery or GooManager

Ota Updates

- You need to have TWRP Recovery
- You Will be notified by GooManager when there is an update available
- Will need to install both Rom and Gapps when updating, in that order, and be sure to wipe cache and dalvik... installation will be automated with TWRP

How do you change the dpi? I love the rom, but it is too tiny for me.

Also the keyboard closes randomly, and facebook is incompatible on the market

This rom is also not "compatible" with google play music, books or movies. Why is it that way?

i have modifed the dpi to 220 ... from 240 because it fixes the clock being cut off .... http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1839871 use this multi dpi play store till i put together a proper gapps package .... you need to use the gapps package from the op ... it fixes the keyboard crashing ..

Thank you. It runs so much better, but it still force closes on the xda app. Do I need to format system and reflash the rom, or could I install it on top of the old gapps?

I assume the force closing is an issue with the keyboard, not the system.

wipe and reflash ... dont use other gapps..... this rom is fast

I did that because I was having issues, fixed almost all the issues, but the 4.2 keyboard doesn't work in the xda app and sms, and other games like mine craft and Facebook, but that really can be avoided if the swipe function is used.

If you'll read the cm 10.1 OP, you will see the keyboard crashing is a known issue on 4.2.1

1. Wipe data
2. Install ROM
3. Flash EOS GAPPs in OP
4. Boot and with a 4.2 keyboard that doesn't crash....
