@dariopnc I upload a video later, at least screenshots.

If you have kies installed - uninstall first!

You need to use Odin, run it as administrator.
Add the twrp.tar.md5 as "PDA".
Re-partition and auto reboot NOT checked.
Now boot your device into downloadmode.
Connect t your PC and wait Odin to detect it.

Now press start in Odin.

Wait for Odin to finish flashing - wait one minute more after that to be sure.
Now disconnect and directly boot into recovery using the hardware key combination.

I suppose my binary count will increase this way, am I right?

And here's TriangleAway if you get that nasty custom os reminder up after flashing custom recovery with odin :)

EDIT: Also removes the flash counter and resets it to 0.

as I understand it, with the procedure described I don't need to root before installing TWRP

and, could the OP post md5sums for downloads to be sure they're good?

Yeah, well I did anyway..
Flashed twrp with Odin,
Made a backup of stock in twrp,
Then flashed supersu in twrp for root.

you can install TWRP only with Odin if your device isn´t rooted yet, and with TWRP you can flash any pre-rooted custom ROM to get root - easy :D
check md5sum with md5 check (google for it...)

1. Don't panic - else mistakes will happen

2. What's your device? Please tell the exact model. This is for Samsung galaxy S3 mini only!

3. Please mention all steps you did.
Are you able to boot into download mode?

I have the i8190N (was on the Galaxy Mini v2 Stock Rom) and decide to flash the Omni Rom, but i didn do nothing, because i download all file, move there in the telephone, and when decide to flash, click on reset to recovery, the TWRP (your that i flashed 3 days ago and worked) didnt boot, always the Image Team Win Recovery, then dosent boot...i install the philz touch through Odin (your version) but the format data don`t work, now at the moment i installed the CWM 6.0.2.7 and format all data wipe cache dalvik, then (to trying) i install the CM 11 (Maclaw) but on the Cyano circle is running but then reset again a bootloop...i read in net that happens that the "recovery bootloop" but dont know how to restore the system boot..please help and thank for the interest

i have installed succesfully the Benz Rom and boot, but i note that in all recoveries that i installed (in 5 minutes i tried the TWRP your, the Philz your, CWM 6.0.2.7, and now the Maclaw TWRP, that i cannot format the "data" and the "internal storage"
is written:" Wiping Internak Storage -- /data/media/...
Updating partition...but non done, like he cannot detect, i also trie in file manager but cannot se the sdcard...dont know..now will try to install omni rom

    How to flash using Odin?

If you have kies installed - uninstall first!
    1. Download and extract "GT-I8190_TWRP_2.7.0.0.tar.md5.zip" once - you will now get the Odin-Flashable "GT-I8190_TWRP_2.7.0.0.tar.md5".
    2. (If you got a "recovery.img" then you extracted twice! Odin can not flash *.img - but feel free to use Heimdall!)
    3. Download attached Odin3.zip and extract it.
    4. Run Odin.exe as administrator.
    5. Add the twrp.tar.md5 as "PDA".
    6. Re-partition and auto reboot NOT checked (i disabled all unneeded Options to be on the safe side ;) )
      attachment.php
    7. Now boot your device into downloadmode. Press volume down, Homebutton and Power-Button at the Same time
      attachment.php
    8. Your Device now boots into Download-Mode
      attachment.php
    9. Press Volume Up to confirm
      attachment.php
    10. Connect your Device to your PC and wait for Odin to detect it - maybe it takes some minutes until all drivers installed.
      (SCREENSHOT LATER)
    11. Everything right? You´ll be good to go if you followed all steps before!
    12. Now press start in Odin.
    13. Wait for Odin to finish flashing - wait one minute more after that to be sure.
      (SCREENSHOT LATER)
    14. Now disconnect and directly boot into recovery using the hardware key combination - Press volume up, Homebutton and Power-Button at the Same time. Release the Power-Button after the S3 Mini Logo - keep pressing volume up and the homebutton!
      attachment.php
    15. Happy TWRP :)
