Bigger screen + smaller bezel + onscreen buttons = not much difference in overall size or usable screen area.

I wouldn't be surprised if it stays at 5.5. Remember they made the Note 2 narrower so they may be reluctant to increase the width. Personally I would probably prefer 5.5 over a larger size and certainly anything above 6 would be pushing it.

Actually I don't think it would be a bad idea to have two versions of the Note 3: 5.5 and around 6-6.3. There is probably a market for the latter.

It will have a bigger screen than the n7100 because the buttons at the bottom will be replace with more screen area for the on screen buttons, just like the last two nexus phones.

5.7-5.9 is still a good size they can even make it a 5.6 by just increasing a little breadth. All will be acceptable but going 6.0-6.3 is totally silly as was previously rumored and huawei even made that 6.3 sized silly device.

I still love the 5.3 screen on my note and is totally satisfied with it with no wish to go more further than this.

Bigger screen I don't mind at all, bigger overall size is a big NO.

5.9" is very plausible. It won't increase the size of the phone. A 5.9" diagonal with a 16:9 aspect ratio will mean the dimensions for the screen alone will be 2.8925" x 5.1422" (in). Since our GN2's are already 3 inches wide, it will accommodate the bigger screen, easily. Other probables are an extremely thin side bezel and 373.37 ppi.

Awesome if true.

What I don't understand is, why Samsung still wants the Amoled display not the Green Pholed display. A FullHD display would be nicer!
