'Ubuntu for Phones' is separate from 'Ubuntu for Android' (which is still being developed) .
There are no ETAs on ports. Check your device's specific development forum for port information. Be patient, do not make threads asking for ETAs.

App store:
Ubuntu for phones will not launch with an app store (but will be released after launch) nor will it include an android app compatibility layer from canonical.
Terminal:
Will contain a terminal with perhaps an optimised keyboard for the terminal.

Compared to the specs for the galaxy nexus:Entry-level Ubuntu phones will require a 1Ghz Cortex A9 processor and between 512MB and 1GB of memory, while the high-end superphones that double as PCs will require a quad-core A9 or Intel Atom processor and at least 1GB RAM.
Note: These specs were found under the operators and OEMs section of canonicals website and may not reflect the requirements for installation on a android phone
