I am running insert coin 8.1-3 with elemental x 14.1 and I am not getting any led notification light anywhere. Any one have any suggestions on how to fix this? I tried the htc self diagnostic test and cannot get orange or green.

If the self diagnostic test isn't working then I'd send it in for repair.. Does it light up when you put it on charge..
If it does, try reinstalling the Rom from scratch. When it boots up, do not sign into Google. Run through the setup and sign in to all your other accounts. When setup has finished then sign in to Google .. Notifications will work then.
