QMobile isn't on the general lists of phone manufacturers, which means that finding custom ROMs, recovery or otherwise, will probably be tricky. Unless you're willing to pay handsomely, I don't think most peolpe will rush a special ROM for you (unless they have your phone).

However, what may be possible is that QMobile rebrands/copies/uses other phone boards from manufacturers which have had ROMs ported to them. If that's the case, you may be in luck by flashing one of these ROMs to your phone. A quick peek at the Z3's USB driver package suggests that it uses the generic Google driver for your phone. If that's the case, we may just need to figure out which board it uses. We may be able to extract this information from your phone over the SDK, but you'll either need to find out how to do this yourself or have someone who knows more about these things tell you how to do it.

If custom ROM is not possible then at least provide custom Recovery becaues I have changed the non-suited recovery and now causing issues in phone startup and restore.

QMobile noir Z3 is also known as Elife E5, u can search custom roms and recovery using Elife E5 name rather then Noir Z3.

go to needrom dot com and search for gionee e5 which is same as qmobile quatro z3 there you can download MIUI v5 custom rom for Qmobile z3 , i have tried it it has many features , you can search it or google about miui 5 features....
