With all the problems I've been having, and it's on every ROM. Lag, slow write and read times, etc, I think maybe my SD Card is just shot. I mean, it's been partitioned, formatted, etc, etc, etc, so often over the last 3 years, so I just bought a new SD Card which I'm getting ready to format, partition, etc.

I'm crossing my fingers that I don't. I can't afford to upgrade yet, which I've had coming since October :/
Yeah mine wasn't supposed to be till June, but ended up upgrading and getting a new free phone cuz my wife's Shift died. I wanted to get a quad core, but even having a dual core makes me realize how outdated the hardware is on the EVO and EVO Shift. I haven't even had to overclock or use a2sd and running fully functional 4.2.2 (except for some Bluetooth hiccups, but I don't use it and 4G works too).. Can't beat that, overall I am extremely impressed with the SGS2... And I used to hate Samsung and vow to never own another, they really stepped their game up lately... LG too, and HTC is finally getting back in the game. Yay for us,

Totally agree. Maybe I should swallow my pride and get the SGS3 instead of the Note II like I keep holding out for. I hated Samsungafter the Moment, but like you said, they've gotten right back in the game, in spite of Apple's BS lawsuits
JB Touchwiz is pretty amazing. ICS Touchwiz (preinstalled) was atrocious. But I'm mostly an AOSP guy, kind of a minimalist. If I don't need it I get rid of it... That's why I rooted in the first place (and WiFi Tether). Did you guys see the lawsuit against HTC? Apparently CarrierIQ and HTCLoggers leave unrooted users with a giant security opening... As in third party apps can access your personal info without you knowing... SMH, Epic Fail HTC.
Wait just a few more months Kat, and the S4 will be an option as well :good:

What ever box that your ISP gave you is the modem. Unplug it for a minute. If you have a wireless modem, I typically unplug the main box (what your ISP gave you) then unplug the wireless. Plug the main one back in then wait for all the lights to go steady. Then plug back in the wireless router.
If your ISP gave you a wireless modem (all in one) just unplug that for a minute then plug it in.

Oh, my bad. I thought the phones wifi wasn't working due to an issue in the phone. I thought this was the problem since I couldn't get online at work either. My home wifi's working great for everything else though.
Will this ROM work on the Motorola Atrix or if not is there a Motorola Atrix version of this ROM available?
I have a Motorola Atrix and would love to have this ROM or a similar jelly bean ROM with motoblur.

It is still in it's infancy, but I like what I have done so far... enough to release it. I DO NOT OWN AN EVO. This is a port from my EVO Shift ROM which is a port from my E4GT 4.2 ROM. I will try to help out where I can but anybody here can use any of my work to do what you will, whether it is bits and pieces or optimizing the ROM for this device. Go for it! Just send me a PM. It's my way of giving back to this great community.:beer: this is also why there are so many things in the EXTRAS section, because it is hard for me to implement them into a ROM for a device I don't have... 1. Download ROM
2. Download GApps
3. Place both on sd card
4. Reboot into Recovery
5. WIPE, WIPE, WIPE (data, system, cache, sd-ext, and dalvik cache)
6. Install ROM.zip
6.5. Flash A2SD if you want to use it and have a properly partitioned SD card. If using A2SD reboot at this point and go into terminal and type "a2sd reinstall” and then continue to step 7 after it is successfully installed.
7. Install GApps
8. Reboot
9. Enjoy MotoBlur... let the ROM settle for a few minutes

That's the problem tho... It's kinda hard for me to optimize on a phone I don't have. I have an E4GT and an EVO Shift, I ported this ROM from the Shift... somebody from over here is welcome to use any of my ROMs over here to do what you want, I give you the best port of the ROM I can without having the device (my way of giving back) and someone over here can step up and tweak it for your device. Just trying to share the EVO Love.3
