Hello, yes you can as long as the baseband optimized for your mobile network frequency
It's JPLM# in UAE, ZSLM# from Taiwan, and for Southeast Region, it's DXLM#
where # indicates number.

You are encouraged to use ROM from your country to avoid problems.

Yes it is.
Performance varies between users.
XXLM8 imho, though, I suggest you to stick with the latest stockrom from your country.

i don't really need a backup,so is there anything i should do beside backing up my data?
in case i needed my warranty back

I don't think so. Just to be on the safe side, clarify with someone else

Perhaps flash clockworkmod through Odin to make the backup to be sure? just in case..

I'm using stock xxlm8 rom.

I want to add extend power menu options (ex: Reboot to Recovery) to the power menu.
I only want to add this, nothing more.

Can someone please tell me where can i find this mod. or how can i make it?

Get CM9! It has this option.

im usually flash with odin only <10minutes, from start flash until phone ready to use..
