ROM bug with init.d scripts.
remove all. reboot.
no bug. WHY? kernel now magically fixed? no ROM bug.
100 times people write, no one read. or care to search.

Been using rayglobe 3.2 since it was published in what, November 2013? Never had accelerometer problem, suddenly after flashing your kernel, accelerometer stops working. Read ALL posts in this forum, tried the fix (and rebooted twice), didn't work for me. Reflashing kernel didnt work either, so I tried stock, that worked, reverted to yours, still worked. Dunno why, maybe it just needed 5 restarts since the init.d scripts had been removed. But it worked, and I wanted to share my knowledge.
