It has around 29.7gb space available (which is about right), tested with h2testw and verified.

Get your credit card company to get a refund for you since the product was not as described.1Try not to buy from amazon or eBay. I bought a sandisk 64gb class 10 that looked legit and it was fake.
Always buy from reputable sites such as newegg.com or any recommended suppliers from sandisk site if u want a 64 gb sandisk.
I'm running a team 64 gb class 10 and its running beautifully.
