So fixing RIL shouldn't be problem (fixed in other cm release)...
We don't know what about mounting storages, but it seems that soon it supposed to enter into working on stability stage.. hopefully

I dont know what is it BE_00 but I can download and instal in my phone all what you want
but tomorrow because now I discharging and formating my new 3500mAh battery. (without restarting phone so now I can't test anything)

BE_XX (Where XX is a build number) - Bleeding edge, pre-alpha
AL_XX (Where XX is a build number) - Alpha
BT_XX (Where XX is a build number) - Beta
RC_XX (Where XX is a build number) - Release Candidate
PR_XX (Where XX is a build number) - Production version
RIL works. Fully.

You can fix the Baseband Unknown Just Copy the tee folder From XXMC8 (system/lib) then Paste to CM 10 ROM (system/lib)
I already fixed this problem an hour ago. But thanks for the supportive will.
