i take it the performance options are not on the AOSP roms? cant find 'em!

edit: can't connect phone to computer as USB storage... this is fun. :-/

edit: and I can't access my SD card using airdroid, but it's shown in file manager... this is not fun anymore.

Yep Same issue... :( but this is way way smoother than any 4.0 or 4.1 roms out there...I hope this will be fixed..

Thanks to CM, USB storage has been fixed now. Will drop a new build later.

It works after a locationmanager patch was applied. You can test it in next build.

Thanks for bug reports. :)

A man who understood that the CM code weigh a lot in comparison to AOSP !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I say this since I had htc G1.

Also CM7 is heavy in terms of ram on our phone than the HTC AOSP rom (250mb free ram vs 180mb). The only CM7 build usable on our phone is ILWT and elitemod.

CM9 and CM10 are heavy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will try this rom in some hours

Thankx man...I hope the next build is smooth as the current one...dont wanna add too much cm stuff ;)..might slow it down...Can you also look into an audio issue..So if you mute all the sound and plug in the head phone and increase the sound it wont really increase the volume. You have to take out the headphone..increase the volume and plug in the headphone to get it working...

I can see that as comments says this rom is superp, how much free ram is left? :) is it smooth enough to play games like "subway surfer"?

@Zofox - "subway surfer" work for me pretty fine. "Temple runner" work much better on this rom than jelly belly[1].

"Build 02:
fixed USB storage issue
trying to fix Google network location not working
remove tracing debug in the kernel
add backup tools for gapps"

I think you can't do anything :(

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the clock app supposed to have a Stopwatch and a Timer in it? Those don't work for me and I'm pretty sure they did in version 1.

Also is it feasible to have predictive dialing on the Phone app? That'd be ace. I've tried replacing the phone app with the one from Jelly Belly but it's obviously not as simple as replacing an app.

Aaaalso, USB debugging seems to be bugged, I have to reconnect my USB cable every time I want to establish an ADB connection.

There is a 4.2 clock app that can be flashed via recovery that I seen in the n7 thread, probably could make it work here. This has the stopwatch and timer built in.

Google Now works for me through WIFI connection (Dropbox Link). I have no carrier data left this month. So does it only work at WIFI connection?

AFAIK, both Stopwatch and Timer are the features developed by CM. I suggest you to install 3rd-party replacement apps to get this kind of function.
And yes, predictive dialing is also in CM ROMs, not in AOSP. If they are very important for you, just go for Andromadus ROMs. :p

Hey, I'm now using Flinny build 128.
I tried search contact name in contact app and SMS app. But it didn't work out when query is in Chinese (e.g. "张三")
Does this ROM support chinese name searching?

Furthermore, does this ROM support power widget buttons in the notification drawer? It is very convenient for users and it is supported by CM/Andromadus/AOSP4.2.

    Hi, there

I'm from Andromadus Team (My Github), mainly maintaining the kernel repo and the qcom/display HAL. The source will be regularly sync-ed to my github, please feel free to fork or send pull request or build your own ROM manually. Go check out this page to start off. :p

Note: My Desire Z has been given to my friend, so I have no chance to flash/test the build 16. If there are no stupid things I did in this build, it should be the last one I can do for you. Also I hope someone can continue to maintain and build AOSP ROMs for this lovely QWERTY device. Thank you for your support.

    @cn.fyodor
    THX for Build16!

You changed the topic to [ROM DISCONTINUED].
Does this really mean, you will not work on future updates anymore?
If so, we have to accept it and let me say many thanks for your great job. With this ROM I powered up my DesireZ as much as possible.
Yeah, I will not release any ROMs for Desire Z unless the last build has some potential critical bugs.

Thank you very much, fyodor, it is the best rom for our device, we will miss you too much. Thanks for your effort, knowledge and support for the last great qwerty phone.

My pleasure to accept all your thanks. :)

Try to wipe Play Store cache in apps settings. I had also crashes of Market with latest gapps 01032013, however after wipe not seen any more. Hope this will be stable.

I'm wondering if the crashing bug was introduced by Google Play itself because no other apps crashed the same way. However I've made a dirty hack to avoid this issue for Play.

Reboot to Recovery, then push the new framework.jar to /system/framework/ directory. You'll be fine after reboot. :p

Note: this attachment is only for Build 14.

A guy named Fyodor went to the ISS. I hope that it wasn't you! We are still starving for a new build.
    LOL. New build is up.
