I'm new to this forum, but in the last couple of days I have read and recieved a lot of help from people on this forum and I'd like to say thanks to everyone!
So, I have a Canadian GT-N5110 Note 8. I downloaded the update file off of SamMobile since I was running the US 4.2.2 Official Rom (long story that involves me messing up a flash and having to scramble to find a Stock ROM). I went to flash it using Odin 3.09, but it kept saying that the "MD5 Hash Value was invalid" and then Odin would lock up, say it was not responding, then finally an error message saying the Binary was invalid would come up. I searched online and found a weird solution: The full file name of the ROM that I flashed is N5110XXDNE1_N5110XACDNE2_HOME.tar.md5, but to actually get it to work I had to remove the "md5" part at the end. I thought I'd share in case anyone else is having this problem!
