Sony comes with only 1 IMEI #, not 2 like IMEI's # like other phones
as you have told to use this PERMANENT SOLUTION OF IMEI
in the notes section #4 its mentioned FOR OTHER MEDIATEK CHIPSET USER U NEED UR STOCK DATABASE FILE (BASEBAND FILE AND AP FILE) this files we can't them frm Sony Frimware.
So frm where should we get these files. In Xperia C BASEBAND file is not present.

i think i know how to fix this i got back to my stock frimware and made a back up of my imei using mtk droid and when i flash the rom i can restore

Shikhar i have been working on this xc project for a while. Unless u r able to mount the nvram region we won't be able to fix RIL. Somehow u need to manage writing imei and for that u need this device to work on sp flash tools which ain't possible. So as of now no method whatever u try. ( Some manual symlink method there which i am not sure of) .
Use any root explorer and edit built.prop add this line at end ..
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 ... Save it and reboot... If doesn't work ..change 0 to 1 and again reboot

Don't give that softkeys line qemu.hw.mainkeys=0. It will bootloop. We had this problem while creating samsung ROM. Use the app that Xenon has given.

MTK Droid Tools works perfect for writing imeiyou can try that as well.
No MTK droid and many more tried. It won't work. Its not giving the access to change t.

I did it thousand times. It worked on b.2.6 and b.2.13 as well.
Your device should be rooted.
1- Turn on usb debugging.
2- Run MTK Droid Tools on computer then click Root on the program.
3- Click IMEI change on MTK Droid Tools.
4- Write IMEI. (works for both IMEI 1 and IMEI 2)
5- Restart your Xperia C.

7Me! ROM - EXPERIMENTAL
Hey Guys I am Shikhar A .. and a ROM chef for XOLO Q800 .. I wanted to port some romz for xperia C too so , i have started this project .
This ROM is AOSP based with many features...
I will need testers as I DONT HAVE AN XPERIA C, so understand this not a ROM for basic USERS yet .. still a lot has to be done for daily useage
IMPORTANT STUFF

* Please report BUGS In full detail
Instuctions:
- Instructions : Have a nandroid backup
- Copy the .zip to SD CARD
- Boot TO Recovery (CWM or anything else)
- Wipe System ,Data ,Dalvik and Cache
- Flash the zip
- Reboot ..
- Wait for it to boot.. it may take a while.. if it exceeds more than 10 -15min ..
- Report!
