Help: Handwriting not working with S PEN

When i'am in messaging or i want to type anything with handwriting keyboard, i just keep on writing with s pen
and nothing is converted to text. Please help me.

I heard of some people that were having this issue they just backed up all of there stuff and factory reset there phone and it worked perfect.

thanks bro there was an app Samsung Keyboard Note 3, installed by stock, i just updatted it and it fixed the problem.
