I think, it's a the best script for me ..

How long does the battery last with this Medusa script please? (Do tell about your usage too)

Is it possible to use this script on a locked bootloader without flashing it?

Yes you can use it in locked bootloader ..just put the correct permission system/etc/int.d Check all boxes

My battery last 24 hrs + with this script just browsing and music playing

How many hours of screen on please? Cause currently I use my phone with data, wifi, nfc on all the time, and about 4hrs of screen on time. It usually lasts 20 - 24 hrs with 40% left. ( I rarely let it go below 40% and charge it back to 100% then.)

It takes up to 13 hours with screen on and wifi ,plus facebook and spotify streaming ..You can dramatically noticed it in battery status .

Simply delete it in /system/etc/int.d BTW you need busybox installed and int.d support for this script to work .


https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stericson.busybox install apk .open it and click install : install location to /xbin
http://d-h.st/Eh5 this is int .d support ..install apk then open and click activate .

I see. I have stock rom, 4.3 (Version 15.5.A.1.5) Is there init.d support there or I should install the app you told me to download?

Install both .. Stock rom 4.3 dont have busybox and int.d support yet. install both of them after that reboot .after that you can place the medusa file to system/etc/int.d make sure to change the premissions of all file .CHECK all 9 boxes .

    Hi,

    I tested Medusa on an Xperia Ray with Iced Bean 4.0. Fully effective !! :good:
    Phone is smoother and touch screen responds faster even with my completely full memory

    Good job...as usual. My Xperia is 105% Nilimahona now :D

    PS : the "graphic part" of the script should be improve to attract newbies
    This version is well done for hairy coders like (us?) me :cyclops:
