can you try compile ray kernel from source? if success, i will give u freq table to add in acpuclock.c, and compile again.

same here! have partitioned my lappy ubuntu/win7 but barely used it. since have interest to extract kernel, i boot it up after 2years. how funny is that. got notify 500+ available for updates lol

Probably easier to reinstall a new version! :)

I'll see about compiling the kernel, I don't have the SDK installed right now, and no space on the ssd for a Linux vm ...

Cross compiling is best avoided.

Thankfully I have loads of spare ram and several cores I don't normally use, so running a xubintu vm isn't really a bother.

Its installing right now - verrryyy slowly. I'm on a laptop, and this has to be on my spinner data drive to fit, so IO is a big bottleneck.

Kernel seems to be settling down after a few reboots.... glitches have gone...especially when opening app drawer, the zoom effect used to lag but it's not anymore...

Importantly battery is going great... Smartass governor seems too be holding CPU from unnecessary peaks of CPU for smaller things... This is good coz it used to reach maximum even with touch screen and that used to drain battery when screen was on and phone was under use...

Sirkay , spell your magic put in new cwm, remove fps cap and send to me via pm ... as i know you might not be allowed to post it...
