I have notice that when the free space in sdcard is under 500mb I have this free space error. Deleting or moving some files solves the problem(it did happened just before, here in my tab as well)

Sent from my GT-P3100 using xda app-developers app
I had to remove one or two apps, and I only downloaded like 8~10 apps. Free space in internal storage (apps, data, etc) was over 700 MB and free space in sdcard like 0,90 GB.

I'm also using JVT. It works, and my battery life is currently about the best it's ever been. So the last thing on my mind is changing it..

Because your fingers aren't doing anything on the touch screen when you are in the middle of a call, the CPU could be slowing down to it's lowest set clock speed.

What is your CPU min frequency set to? I don't know about VOIP, but I've heard about sound quality issues with music playback with it set to 100MHz. Try upping it to 200 MHz if it is.

The only other thing I can think of is network speed. If using mobile data do you have a good 3G connection? If using WiFi then do you have it set to save power when screen off? (Screen off by proximity sensor during a call probably wouldn't put WiFi into power saving mode anyway I don't think)

That's the best ideas I can come up with I'm afraid ;)

If this doesn't fix it then go ahead and try a different baseband or kernel, it's quick and easy to do...

did a nandroid and flashed CM11, SIP quality is good, only issue now is that there is echo for the other person.

Might restore this rom and try a different kernel or wait for CM update

Together with AAccount, I have been working on Omni for the galaxy tab. One of the things we tried, and he was successful in, was merging cm's superuser. The advantage is the integration of superuser in the settings app and the fact that flashing supersu is no longer required (although you can have supersu create a script to have it backupped/restored automatically during ROM flashes). On the other hand, some people seem to prefer supersu. So I'm curious what you would prefer, keeping it as is, or integrating cm's superuser?

BTW, moving to cm's superuser will probably require a factory reset.

SuperSu, as this is what Titanium Backup requires, so it would be one less app to install before restoring from TB...

I have been sharing my CM7/CM9/CM10/CM10.1/CM10.2/CM11-based builds for several devices. MackayROM was first based on CyanogenMod sources, but I decided to move over to Omni as base for my ROM.

About Omni: Omni is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Disclaimer: I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

If you run into errors, I may not be able to solve it!

If you know a solution to a problem, either upload it yourself to Gerrit Code Review or contact me through pm.

The ROM is based on Omni sources with the following changes:
    -Mackay Kernel:
-Set of cherries picked from gerrit (differing by the day)
-Some additional patches I did myself to the source code

Feature request are OK, but remember:
    1. I try to stay close to stock
    2. I will not include additional apps, unless they can be build from source
    3. The time I spend on features depends on how much I like them myself

Although it is possible to enable ART, this is not advisable:
-Takes long to convert from Dalvik to ART on first boot
    -Needs more RAM
    -Can cause soft reboots
But off course, YMMV -> light users may have better luck

    Changelog of 27-Feb-2014
-Omni codebase of 26-Feb (e.g. new bootanimation :))
    -QS Ribbon is gone

-Custom kernels can be used only if specific for OmniROM => currently none

    -Omni codebase of 15-Feb
-New kernel (no more CMA, zram & KSM updates, fix for colour problems)
