I have 2 amazes.... One water damage (everything works except
Microphone) and a replacement.

The phone with the RUU containing the baseband of 1.14 gets download speed of 9-15mbps

The phone with the RUU containing the baseband of 1.15 gets download speed of 2-4mbps

They both have the exact same Rom...(android revolution)

But for some reason the new phone will not recognize the old RUU in fast boot...

Why does the new radio suck so bad?

Anyone else suffer from slower data from the radio update? :banghead:

The 5/18th is from the old device (1.14)
The 5/19th is from the new device (1.15)
I transferred an nandroid to guarantee everything else was the same

Update!

I removed the extra "zip" that Windows adds to the RUU for name. So file name is "PH85IMG"

The 1.14 radio I'd still the champ.

I am getting over 7mbps... Still very respectable....

The only variable difference was the baseband 1.14 instead of 1.15...
